Bilan joined our team in 2023 as a Front Desk Associate and quickly distinguished herself through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to patient care. In 2024, she was promoted to Front Desk Manager, and by October 2025, she stepped into her current role as Operations Manager. Her rapid growth within the organization reflects both her strong work ethic and her ability to lead with intention and empathy.
Originally from Somalia, Bilan was born in Fairfax, Virginia and graduated from Chantilly High School in 2017. She is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology, with the goal of becoming a Physical Therapist. Her academic path complements her hands-on experience, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient needs and care.
Bilan believes in leading by example and prioritizes collaboration over command. She is known for fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. Her ability to remain calm under pressure, combined with her genuine compassion for patients experiencing pain or discomfort, makes her an integral part of both the team and the patient experience.
